How long does it take to ship?

At Luneria Beauty Botanica, we take pride in ensuring that every product is made with utmost care.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, order processing can take between 3 to 7 days. Please note that this is separate from the actual shipping time.

Should there be any unexpected delays or issues with your order, we will promptly notify you. Once your order is ready, you'll receive notifications for both processing completion and shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We are pleased to offer international shipping to our customers. However, please be aware that all taxes, duties, or other related fees associated with overseas shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return or refund policy?

As much as I hope you'll love your purchases, I do understand things happen, I will try my best to fix anything that is wrong.

Return & Store Credit Policy

Given the unique handcrafted nature of our products, we've tailored our return policy to ensure fairness and satisfaction for our valued customers:

Returns: We accept returns only for unopened products. If you're not fully satisfied, please return the unopened product to us within 30 days of your purchase. Once received and verified, we will process a full refund for your order.

Store Credit: For products that have been opened or for returns initiated after the 30-day window, we're happy to offer store credit as an alternative. The request for store credit must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Store Credit after 30 Days: If you wish to return a product after 30 days, (Remember: you can only return unopened products), we can offer store credit. Please initiate this request within 60 days of purchase.

Please note that all initial return shipping costs are will be paid by the customer however you will be refunded once verified. It's essential to ensure that products are securely packed and shipped using a trackable method. We're not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Returns and Refunds (if applicable):

For unopened products, returns are accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

If a product is opened or if the request is made after 30 days from the purchase, only store credit will be provided.

Requesting Store Credit (if applicable):

If you encounter any issues with your product(s), please reach out to us via email immediately. Upon reviewing your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection for store credit.

If approved, a credit will be added to your account, or you will receive a code equivalent to your purchase amount. This will be processed within 72 hours of reaching a resolution.

Please be aware that we do not offer store credit for customer errors, such as providing an incorrect address. However, we understand mistakes happen and will provide a discount for future orders in such cases. Always double-check your information to ensure you receive your products promptly.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't seen your refund, please first check your bank account or credit card statement.

Contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@luneriacosmetics.com.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund or store credit. Unfortunately, sale items cannot receive either.

Our store is powered by Shopify, a provider which complies with the Level 1 PCI DSS standard required by the major payment networks.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Can I cancel or modify my order once it's been placed?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 48 hours of being placed. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes, as the order may already be in processing.

I received a damaged/incorrect product. What should I do?

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service at support@luneriabeauty.com with details and photos of the issue, and we'll promptly address it within 72 hrs.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
